In a typical real estate sale it is the Seller’s Realtor®, not the Seller, who usually chooses the title company.
Sellers often don’t know what they will be charged by the title company until closing. All title companies are not the same.
At International Title Partners, you will not be charged steep closing fees – usually several hundred dollars at other title companies. Ask your Realtor® how much their choice of title company is charging you in closing fees and any extra add-on fees.
In a typical offer to purchase a home, the seller chooses the title company and pays.
Since the title policy only benefits the Buyer after the sale, wouldn’t it make more sense for the Buyer to choose the title company since that relationship lasts as long as you own the home?
Ask your Realtor® to request International Title Partners. If the seller agrees, they will save a lot of money by not having to pay steep closing fees or any junk fees!
