In most Florida counties, it is the Seller that selects the title company. However, we find it is common practice among Realtors® to suggest their choice of title to the Seller in a typical real estate transaction.

Ask your Realtor® how much their title company recommendation is charging you in closing fees and additional fees. All title companies are not the same!
