Here are our lawn maintenance tips to help sell your home faster:

  • Place colorful flowers or plants near the front door and around the porch;
  • Paint or stain your deck, if needed;
  • Repair and/or paint your fence;
  • Replace your porch awning;
  • Move trash cans to the back of the house;
  • Power wash driveway, walk, and steps;
  • Mow, trim, patch, and fertilize the lawn;
  • Keep trees and shrubs pruned, and remove dead limbs;
  • Keep the yard raked and clear of leaves and trimmings;
  • Remove lawn and gardening tools from the yard;
  • Remove and replace all dead or dying plants;
  • Place a new welcome mat at the front entrance, and
  • Replace your old mailbox.
